Returns + Exchanges

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date, and returns are now easier than ever with our new self-service returns portal, powered by Loop.

You can return your item(s) for an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

How it works

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping for the eligible items in your order by paying a small $2.98 fee at cart or checkout (this is called Checkout+). If you choose to pay this fee at checkout, there's no additional charge to ship your item(s) back to us later.

If you choose not to pay this fee at checkout, you'll be subject to a $12 handling fee to return or exchange an item, or your entire order, when you send it back to us.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
