Shipping Policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here's how shipping works.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods + Rates

You can choose USPS or UPS at checkout.

We offer free shipping on US orders $60+. For free-shipping orders, we'll automatically select the cheapest shipping method that includes tracking, unless you specify that you need a particular carrier.

If a free-shipping package is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered by the selected carrier (for example, USPS can't deliver to your address), you will be charged shipping to have your order reshipped.

For orders under $60, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Orders

We ship internationally! Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes assessed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We're not able to predict what these charges will be, as they vary by country.

International transit times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Lost of Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us if you need help.
